Miniature Lime Painting by Ashley Kay, Norwich Artist

Original 4cm x 4cm acrylic on board mini block painting by Norwich artist Ashley Kay, presented as a chunky, freestanding artwork.

The miniature still life depicts two lime wedges with textured green pulp, white pith and dark green rinds, set against a bold diagonal striped background in pink, red and white. The visible brushwork and strong colour contrast give the small composition a playful, graphic quality. A freestanding piece suited to a shelf, mantel or tabletop.
