Pamela Davis Floral Still Life Oil Painting

This is an original floral still life by British artist Pamela Davis (1927–2019). Best known for her botanical and miniature paintings, Davis served as Vice President of both the Royal Society of Miniature Painters and the Society of Women Artists.

The composition features white hellebores, deep pink carnations and delicate pink and white blossoms arranged in a rustic ceramic jug. Davis was known for her careful attention to botanical detail, and this painting captures the flowers with remarkable accuracy while using a soft, warm background to enhance their colour.

The work is signed Pamela Davis in the lower left corner and is painted in oils on board. Her paintings are sought after for their quality, traditional style and timeless appeal, making this a lovely addition to any collection of British art or botanical paintings.
