Primitive Hungarian Carved Wooden Trough Sink

This primitive vintage Hungarian wooden vessel sink is hand carved from a single block of hardwood. The rectangular bowl has straight sides with a deep hand-carved interior. The timber has developed a dark aged patina through years of use, with visible tool marks, natural grain and surface wear that reflect its history. The centre has been drilled and fitted with a metal collar.
