This mahogany library desk chair, or captains chair, is a classic design. It features a green leather seat pad with neat studded detail. The graceful tub-back shape and decorative back splat curves around the sitter, and the sweeping arms rest on turned front supports that give the chair a refined look.
The chair stands on turned front legs and splayed back legs, all strengthened by a turned double H under-stretcher for stability. Brass castors complete the design and make the chair easy to move. It’s a solid, elegant choice for a study, library, or home office.
